Career
1947-
Born in Ise-City, Mie-Prefecture, Japan
1969-
Entered the art department of Tokyo National University of Fine Art, specializing in oil painting.
Entered, won, invited and was recommended in national public exhibitions and many others
1970-
Toured of Europe and India.
1971-
Started studying materials and techniques of Japanese painting,
especially the antique decorationalism of Yamato-style paintings.
1975-
Graduated from the Tokyo National University of Fine Art.
1982-
Held his first private exhibition at Fukuoka-City Art Museum, displaying about 30 major works.
Held a private exhibition at Ikebukuro Seibu Department Store, which toured the whole country.
1985-

Held a private exhibition at Ikebukuro Seibu Department Store, again touring the whole country.
Was in charge of illustrations for the newspaper serial story by Teru Miyamoto, "Hana-no Furu Gogo"
.

1986-
Held a private exhibition in the Osaka Royal Hotel, made the Yuunagi-no Joukei series public.
1987-
Held a one-man exhibition at Tokyo Fuji Art Museum, - Nansei Sakagami Art Exhibition -, displaying about 30 major works.
1994-
Was in charge of illustrations for the newspaper serial story by Teru Miyamoto, "Ningen-no Kofuku".
1995-
July---Private exhibition at Mitsukoshi Department Store in Shinjuku
1996-
October---Private exhibition at Kintetsu Department Store in Yokkaichi
1997-
April---Private exhibition at Nichido Gallery in Fukuoka
September---Private exhibition at Daimaru Department Store in Umeda, Osaka
